Summer O’Dwyer continues to roll out those 100s, this week shooting 100.5 – well done! Congratulations to Oscar Robinson and Blake Hynson on shooting new PBs yesterday.
There were some excellent scores achieved this week, the highest six in D Grade being Oscar Robinson 97.5 (estimated), Georgia Karantze 96.4 (estimated), Wiko du Toit 96.2, Blake Hynson 93.2, and Daniel Mackey and Sarah May both with 92.1. Greg Mason scored best in C Grade with 96.5, closely followed by Hamish Guthrey on 96.3. Top B Grader was Summer with 100.5, and in the higher grades Meredith Ackrill had the highest score of 99.7 followed by David Grain on 99.5 (estimated). In the 20-shot competition Dianne Grain was top shot with 195.10.
Results are not yet available for Round 4 of the NDC competition, due to a family bereavement in our opposing team, Eastern Force, who will complete their targets in the next few days. Pratik Tailor had an excellent night, scoring 299.27, including his second 100.10 of the season which gained Wellington a bonus point.

Thanks to those who have indicated their availability to help with the Wellington Open Champs on Saturday 16 July. A roster of tasks will be emailed later this week.
It is hoped that as many members as possible will support our local association by competing in the Wellington Open Champs on either Friday 15 or Saturday 16 July. Please email me before next Sunday if you wish to compete and are using club equipment and/or require coaching, and advise your preferred time to shoot so that equipment and coaching will be available for you.
